WILD PEPPER HONEY FROM NILGIRIS

The taste of this honey is UNIQUE

The bees being the cause of this honey have gathered pollen and nectar from the flowers of numerous rare species of the Nilgiris tropical forest.

This wild honey is collected by the local tribes Kurumbas and Irulas, honey hunters form generation to generation from the Giant Rock Bee, Apis Dorsata.

It is marketed by a local NGO (Non Governmental Organization) committed to the cause of preserving the skills of the Kurumbas, which helps the tribal people to get a FAIR REMUNERATION for their work and increase at maximum all the products of the harvest like the wax which is used to make candles that is also marketed trough the NGO locally.

The indigenous of these hills gather the honey from tropical forest areas and high cliffs suspended by a ladder made of vines after undergoing some austerirties and prayers to the bees in their songs.

When you will enjoy it, remember that human beings have put their life in danger to collect it.

ATTENTION : According to Ayurveda honey should not be heated over 40 degrees otherwise it becomes harmful for health.

Ayurveda recommends the use of honey to LOOSE WEIGHT in case of extra body fat.
Honey gets back the fat deposits and put them in the body circulation where it is used as a normal source of energy.

Drink a glass of warm water with honey in the morning on empty stomach.
You can go on taking honey all day long, mixed with drinks for example or in any other way.
