Essential oils and aromatic essences extracted from flowers, fruits, leaves, stalks, woods, roots and resins are a magnificent gift of Nature and also a powerful concentrate of energy and vitality.
They represent the life-force of plants in their pure states. They are a joy to the senses. Their action is aimed at re-establishing and maintening the harmonious balance of body, mind and spirit, according to an integral or holistic vision of well-being.
Essential oils can be used separately or blended according to preference, intuition, or physical, psychological and emotional condition.
There are different ways to absorb their pleasure and benefits :
Massage is the most common method of application and among the most pleasant experiences. It effectively helps the skin to absorb the oils facilitating their action. We recommend a dilution of 2.5% equal to about 12 drops of pure essential oil in 25 ml of a vegetale base oil. But for the treatment of children only 2-3 drops should be used.
Pour 6-8 drops of pure essential oil into a tub of hot water and spread the oil uniformly on the surface. Immerse yourself for 10-15 minutes, breathing in the vapors.
Pour 4-6 drops of pure essential oil into a bowl of water and spread it uniformly on the surface. Pour the content of the bowl bit by bit onto the boiling stones. The vapors produced in this way will have an added supportive effect in the process of detoxication.
Pour 4-5 drops of pure essential oil into a basin of boiling water. Bend over the basin covering your head with a towel and inhale the vapors, allowing them to act on the skin of your face. It is advisable to close or protect your eyes to avoid any irritation.
Pour 2-3 drops of pure ssential oil onto coton hankerchief from which the aroma can be inhalated.
Add 2-3 drops of pure essential oil to the water of the room diffuser.
Light the candle for 10 minutes allowing the aroma to spread into the atmosphere.
