JALA NETI POT

Jala Neti , the Sanskrit " cleaning water " is the cleaning of the nasal cavities and sinuses.
This hygiene practice, if it is daily , fighting the effects of pollution , dust and pollen and provides better oxygenation by improving breathing.

Usage :
Filled the jala net in body temperature water, and wherein a teaspoon spoon of sea salt is dissolved (for 450ml ) . If you experience a tingling sensation is that you adjust the
saline or changing the temperature of the water
Feet slightly apart, back straight , lean forward , bust horizontal, tilt your head sideways over the sink so as to have the top of the slightly lower than the nose skull and insert the end of the lota in the nostril which is upwardly . Without that you have nothing else to do , the water fills the nostril and then cavit?nasale spring naturally through the other nostril causing phlegm . Raising roughly elbow Iotavous set to tilt the flow of water until the container is half-empty . Keep open for the flow of water to allow the mouth breathing . Repeat on the other side . Always leaning forward, let the remaining water drain itself.
Dry nose, keeping the same position while exhaling powerfully through both nostrils , bowing down, then the next breath , expel the air by lifting the head, in the same way by tilting the head to the left , then right. Follow the sequence and repeat the above for one to two minutes, until the nostrils are dry.
In cold weather, avoid going out immediately after the cleaning.
The best times of day for practicing jala neti
are in the morning or evening on the way home or after work which produces dust . It is not recommended to do it before going to bed
